Maria "Mo" Groezinger
Founder & CEO
Maria Groezinger is an active fashion executive and certified coach with a skilled passion for moving entrepreneurs from idea to market. Maria has accrued decades of experience in beauty, style, and apparel industries that she leverages to support clients in realizing creative and business aspirations. Since starting LA Fashion Consulting, Maria's reputation for thoughtful guidance and logistical foresight ground her consultative approach.

Maria has deep commitments to sustainability and social impact, using creativity and community connection as vehicles for good. In 2024, Maria earned her EverCoach Certification for Coaching and Consulting, in addition to her Mindful Leader Certification from the University of La Verne awarded in 2022. She serves on the Board of Directors at Los Angeles non-profit Peace4Kids which serves as a catalyst for Create MoLove.

At present, Maria is excited to evolve her mission as an executive coach in service of emerging fashion apparel design and manufacturing companies seeking optimization and growth.
Emma Groezinger
Managing Partner
Emma Groezinger, Managing Partner of LA Fashion Consulting, and brings deep fashion industry experience. Having grown up in the business alongside her mother, her passion is in growing sustainable brands with her expertise in product development and sourcing for startups.

Emma's professional journey began with co-founding a swim-line with her sister at the age of 20, where she gained hands-on experience of the trials and errors of managing her own company. This shapes her approach to client relations and vendor management. She has since developed skills in fashion design, team management, and logistics across various aspects of the apparel business.

At LA Fashion Consulting, Emma oversees logistics, inventory, and quality control. She excels in creating efficient systems and processes, charting workflows, and managing key aspects of apparel product development - production. Emma continues to refine systems to better serve clients and the company.
