With over two decades of experience across apparel production, product development, sourcing, and operational leadership, Mo is recognized for turning growth-stage complexity into structured, high-performing execution.

Mo’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, grounded in fashion reality: manufacturing timelines, vendor partnerships, inventory risk, margin discipline, and the systems required to deliver consistently. She supports founders and executive teams in the scaling stage when traction is real, demand increases, and the business must evolve to sustain what’s next.
Her experience spans both independent labels and established fashion brands translating enterprise-level operational strategy into founder-led environments with precision.

Mo is the founder of Create Mo Love (est. 2022), advancing life skills and workforce readiness for young adults transitioning from foster care and under-resourced communities. She has served on the Board of Directors for Peace4Kids since 2014 and is on the Advisory Board for Fullerton College’s Fashion Program.

Emma Groezinger is the Managing Partner of LA Fashion Consulting Firm, bringing a lifetime of fashion industry experience shaped by growing up in the business alongside her mother.

At just 20 years old, Emma co-founded a swim-line with her sister an early hands-on venture that taught her the real-world challenges of running a brand. That experience continues to fuel her strategic, solutions-focused approach to client relationships, vendor management, and production execution.

Emma is a trusted fit specialist and technical designer, known for her ability to manage multiple factories at once,both domestic and overseas, while keeping teams aligned and production moving smoothly.

She leads critical operations across logistics, inventory, and quality control, ensuring every product meets brand standards from development through delivery. Emma also builds the systems that help brands scale, creating streamlined processes, workflow charts, and efficient production structures that improve organization, speed, and results.
